So~. There's this boy...and I haven't known him for very long but I always catch him staring at me (like...*reallly* staring), he hugs me a lot, he's complimented me a few times, and he says likes to hug me...Does he like me...? Or is he just overly-friendly

Well, you can never know unless you ask. I'd say (if in all these 99 weeks nothing has changed) you should ask what he thinks of you. Ugh, I'm not good at these things DX
