Well, I don't think taking land from germany/poland and possibly inciting war would be a good idea, not to mention it would not be good with a dominative country splat in the middle of europe?

Ah, sorry for being all serious and stuff. I like the character from hetalia, it's just... Bringing the country back does not seem logical xD

Prussia IS a country: Germany.
So is my belief. You see, the land that the Kingdom of Prussia owned was pretty much all of Germany, plus a bit of Poland. Also, Berlin was part of Prussia... That says it all. Oh, also, I agree with what Solute says.
