I voted for personality, because it plays a great role in looks as well, to my mind.
Good look lies partly on how you find the haircut, clothes or even makeup that enchances your natural/arttificial beauty in the best way. Social people learn to find these much better than the ones that sit in their rooms forever and read or anything. And anyway, no matter if someone is a beauty - if they are a boring company, nobody likes staying with them for longm unless those ones are as brainless as them. :D Unsocial people can also find each other and stay together because they don't really have much choice...
