"Mostly" last minute based on number of gifts. But the big/expensive gifts have lots of pre-planning. Usually by October I'm done with those.

i shop like all year long and then somehow every year theres always like 2 things for that make me run back to the store on freakin cristmas eve!

I used to be like that but this year I finally got my act together... I'm all DONE!

Of course, now I want to just relax with my family, but I can't because THEY are all out rampaging about the malls, haha
